Graduate applicants should:
- Complete the DNP Application.
- Upload official transcripts from all graduate and undergraduate institutions attended and demonstrate a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Show evidence of MSN core courses, as well as graduate-level Statistics course prior to enrollment.
- Possess an unencumbered/unrestricted license as a registered professional nurse in Illinois.
- Provide three (3) written recommendations.
- Submit a one to two-page written statement (up to 1,000 words) addressing personal and professional goals related to the DNP Program.
- Submit a current résumé or curriculum vitae.
